After the construction is completed, personnel are not allowed to enter within 24~48 hours, and the pressure can be heavy after seven days. The material stacking construction place should avoid wind and rain, and smoking and fire should be strictly prohibited. During the curing period, there can be no water and various solutions infiltration. Areas hit by heavy objects or scratched by sharp objects shall be protected by rubber sheets. Rubber tires should be used for the truck. Clean the floor daily with a soft broom or wipe it clean with a rag. When the floor spills acid, alkali, salt and oil, it should be cleaned with water and wiped clean. The damaged part of the floor should be repaired in time

地坪的前期准备和后期保护
Preliminary preparation and later protection of the floor
新建地坪
1，水泥砂浆找平层（收光层）应按水泥：河砂：水1:3:0.5比例施工，其厚度在50mm以上。
2，地坪需经28天以上养护，充分干燥，混凝土完全凝固，以达基础所需强度。
3，素地基面含水率在8%以下，否则不能施工非水性环氧地坪。
4，空气中的湿度应在85%以下（水性材料除外），否则应停止施工；温度低于5℃时应选用特殊配方。
旧有地坪
1，强度是否满足铺设环氧地坪条件？
2，原有涂层需要作试验，看其与待做地坪是否相容？
3，对于需修补的地坪，在施工前要充分考虑其粘合力和强度是否适合？
4，对于地坪的分格缝和伸缩缝要从三个方面进行考虑：a，保留原样 b，直接铺设不予保留

养护的注意事项
Precautions for maintenance
施工完成，24~48小时内人员不得进入，七天后方可重压。 材料堆放施工处避免风吹雨打，严禁烟火。 养护期间，不能有水和各类溶液浸润。 有重物撞击或尖锐物刮擦之区域须安置橡胶板保护。 搬运车要用橡胶轮胎。 日常以柔软扫帚清洁地面或用抹布擦拭干净。 地坪溅溢到酸、碱、盐及油污时，应用水清洗，并擦拭干净。 地坪受损伤处应及时进行局部修补
