2. Product schematic diagram and construction technology
a) Construction environment requirements
The construction site environment must be ventilated, the temperature between 5℃ and 35℃, the relative humidity is less than 85% before construction.
b) Primary treatment
1) The base must be a reinforced concrete structure with moisture-proof layer, and the strength grade cannot be lower than C25.
2) The base reinforced concrete should be raw slurry surface, machine light, in order to achieve smooth.
3) The concrete base of the ground floor must be protected against tidal layer, and the moisture content of the base must be lower than 8%.
4) The curing time of concrete ground base should be at least 28 days in summer and extended appropriately in winter.
5) Use cleaning tools to clean up floating slurry, floating sand, grease, paint residue, chemicals, etc.
6) Use the base repair material to repair the large concave ground, empty drum, cracks, cracks and other bad base.
7) Where the local drop is large, use the grinding tool to polish the raised part until the drop is within the allowed range.
8) If the concrete surface is loose and not firm, milling machine shall be used for milling until the firm ground is exposed.
9) Clean the ground comprehensively and wait for construction.
c) Epoxy primer construction
1) Fujian Naishigu Building Materials Technology Co., LTD. Solven-free epoxy bottom coating EP-88A/B was selected.
2) Construction method: After mixing the material evenly according to the ratio, roll coating is carried out to control the roll coating speed, so that the primer can fully penetrate into the concrete base and ensure that the primer is firmly bonded to the concrete base.
3) Precautions

d) Construction of epoxy sand compaction effect layer
1) The solvent-free epoxy resin CT-705A/B-1 from Fujian Naishigu Building Materials Technology Co., LTD., and Sanying colored sand from Shenzhen Hechuangyuan Material Technology Co., LTD.
2) sand mixing: resin and aggregate ratio of 1:10, according to customer needs to add color paste, color paste amount is 5% of transparent resin. It is required to stir well, loose sand and no agglomeration.
3) Spreading: required thickness of 5-5.5mm, per square meter resin dosage of 1 kg, 10 kg aggregate.
Use pavers or manual spreading, the corners with artificial shoes into the compaction and leveling construction, large areas with the flattening machine compaction and leveling to make the surface smooth and compact, forming an overall seamless epoxy sand layer.
Note: The paving must make the surface of the pressed sand layer free of marks and smooth as a whole, especially at the joint.
4) The next step can be directly carried out
e) Grouting construction of epoxy sand effect layer
1) The grouting material shall be solvent-free transparent epoxy resin.
2) with 2 mm push knife scrape again.
3) Scrape twice with a flat knife.
4) Check whether there are any missing or not filled places, and carry out local grouting on the missing and not filled places.
Note: The grout must be full.
f) Construction of water-based polyurethane transparent finishing paint
1) Shenzhen Hechuang Yuan Material Technology Co., LTD. Waterborne polyurethane high fullness transparent finish (HW8210 matte, HW8280 light), with curing agent HW300; Or water-based polyurethane high-performance nano transparent finish (HW6210 matte, HW6280 light), with curing agent HW300 and HW200.
2) Preparation of transparent finish paint
Matte HW8210:HW300=5:1, Mitsubishi pencil hardness 4H;
Bright HW8280:HW300=4:1, Mitsubishi pencil hardness 4H.
Matte HW6210:HW200:HW300=100:5:8, Mitsubishi pencil hardness 6H, super adhesion;
Bright HW6280:HW200:HW300=100:6:10, Mitsubishi pencil hardness 6H, super adhesion.
3) Construction method: roller coating.
4) Dry for 30 minutes and work for 24 hours.
g) Service time of delivery
1) You can leave after 24 hours.
2) It takes more than 3 days to carry the load, and longer time for low temperature and high humidity.
3) After 3 days, the ground can be washed with water. Otherwise, the reaction will not be completed, and the water will penetrate the paint film and cause whitening and other ills.
3. Cost analysis
a) The following expenses do not include the expenses related to cement cement floor treatment.
