Introduction to EPDM Playground pavement System:
EPDM sports field, also known as non-seam EPDM sports field, is laid by EPDM particles, namely EPDM rubber, ethylene, propylene and non-conjugated diolefin terpolymer. EPDM sports field material is a new polymer synthetic material developed in recent years, aging resistance, electrical insulation and ozone resistance are outstanding, laying the site to form a whole, no joints and other characteristics. The DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IT AND ORDINARY rubber floor mat depends on: site construction, laying process did not leave a gap. Material used: the bottom layer is black natural rubber particles, the surface layer is the same color EPDM particles in the table. EPDM particles are bright in color, not easy to fade, weather resistance and wear resistance, elastic, good anti-aging performance, is an ideal environment-friendly plastic product, beautiful and wear resistant.

Requirements for foundation underside:
1. Asphalt concrete or cement concrete can be used for foundation pavement, and it is required to have a certain strength and stability (cement concrete foundation needs to cut expansion joints, can not do waterproof layer).
2, the foundation is strictly prohibited to produce cracks and uneven frost heave caused by freezing.
3, the foundation must have a good flatness and prescribed slope.
4, the surface must be flat, ensure drainage.
5. The foundation surface should be kept clean and dry. After the foundation is completed, the maintenance period of more than 21 days should be strictly required.

Construction process requirements:
1. There are two kinds of construction technology, mechanical paving and manual paving.
2, surface pretreatment in accordance with the requirements of the basis, to use butyl ester to clean the surface, there can not be any stolen goods, dust, water (including watermark), oil stains. After cleaning, evenly spread the bottom glue on the foundation (stir the thinner: glue in a ratio of 3-4:1) to enhance its bonding ability with the ground and avoid irreparable consequences.
3, the construction must be done before the sample test to pay attention to the following problems
a: The use of materials, such as material ratio, curing time of materials is normal.
b: 24 hours later, observe whether there is no solid phenomenon, adhesion, strength and other properties to meet the requirements.
4. Prepare materials, tools and equipment (roller, roller, roller, rake, mixer, etc.), accessories and catalysts before work.
5. The construction personnel shall not be less than six people in the runway construction of the standard field: two people for material preparation, two people for material transportation and two people for paving.
6, construction: mix the material according to proportion, pour into the site spread, with heating (blowtorch heating) or dip soap water after the clapper pat solid, pat flat joint, keep the overall level.
7. The thickness of the site is generally 4mm pure EPDM particles.
8. Precautions for construction
a. The optimum construction temperature is 15-35℃. If the temperature is too high or too low, the construction will be affected.
b. Paving tool used (commonly known as trowel or push knife).
c. Mixing must be fully and evenly stirred.
d. Each batch of materials should be well connected, otherwise there will be joints if they are not well connected.
e. Trim the edges neatly.
f. Make sure the ingredients are strictly proportioned. Depending on the particle situation, good with less glue, poor with more glue; The big ones use less, the small ones use more. Bottom rubber particles: glue = 9-8:1; Surface EPDM particles: glue = 4-6:1, catalyst generally do not need to add, such as ambient temperature below 10℃, can be properly added 5-10‰.
g. After the site is finished, check and clean the residue left by the site to make the whole site beautiful.

EPDM site maintenance and maintenance:
1. It shall be reasonably used within the prescribed scope:
a. Do not wear hard soles with spikes and high heels with distinct diamond angles when entering the field.
b. Please keep the plastic place clean. It is forbidden to spit gum, spit, trash and drink colored beverages.
c. Inflammable, explosive and corrosive articles are strictly prohibited to be carried in, and organic solvents, chemicals and mechanical oil pollution should be avoided.
d. Avoid severe mechanical impact and friction. It is strictly forbidden to use knives, nails, glass, sand and other sharp instruments to cut and abrade the ground.
e. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the venue. Other kindling should be left on the plastic ground and the heat source should be isolated.
f. Avoid cutting and piercing.
g. Avoid long-term load.
h. No vehicles, heavy weights, tables and chairs are allowed on the plastic ground.
i. The plastic track is only used for track and field training, competition and teaching. Please do not jump rope on the plastic track, in case of local glue falling off.
j. Damage to the playground is strictly prohibited.
2. Maintenance:
a, regular maintenance: regularly scour the runway, oil can be scrubbed and cleaned with 10% ammonia or detergent.
b. Seasonal maintenance: large-scale cleaning should be carried out twice a year, and high-pressure water pipes are recommended to flush the whole site. In high temperature weather in summer, the site should be washed frequently with water in time. When removing snow in winter, broom should be used in time. If there is ice phenomenon, do not use a hard shovel pry, should let it melt naturally.
C. Repair: If any damage is found, the construction unit shall be notified in time for repair.
