Product Usage Instructions

This product can only be constructed by professional construction team according to the "GaozHI Brand Epoxy Floor Coating Instructions".
This product should be sealed in a cool and dry place, and waterproof, leak-proof, sunscreen, high temperature, away from fire.
The surface to be coated must be polished, dusted, degreased and dried. A floor coating can achieve maximum bonding strength.
Ground moisture content ≤8%, relative humidity ≤85% (except water-based materials); Construction temperature ≥5℃.
Before use, mix the B component evenly, then mix the A and B components according to the ratio and stir thoroughly. It is best to use a high-power slow rate mixer, so as not to affect the curing effect and the overall impact on the film performance.
After the water-based material is mixed in group A and Group B, stir thoroughly for about 5 minutes to ensure that the system is fully emulsified. Construction viscosity can be diluted with water, and the amount of water is controlled at less than 5%.
The solvent-free material should not be too much at a time, and it is advisable to control it below 5kg/ person.
After the solvent-based material is mixed evenly, it should be constructed as soon as possible, otherwise it will cure and waste the material.
The storage period of this product is half a year, please be sure to use within half a year, so as not to affect the use effect; If it has been opened, use it up as soon as possible.
During and after construction, good ventilation should be maintained, otherwise it will prolong the drying time of coating and affect the final curing effect of coating.

Preliminary preparation and later protection of floor

A new floor
1, cement mortar leveling layer (light layer) should be according to cement: river sand: water 1:3:0.5 proportion of construction, its thickness in more than 50mm.
2, the floor needs to be cured for more than 28 days, fully dry, concrete completely solidified, in order to achieve the required strength of the foundation.
3, the moisture content of the plain foundation surface is below 8%, otherwise the non-waterborne epoxy floor can not be constructed.
4. The humidity in the air should be below 85% (except for water-based materials), otherwise the construction should be stopped; When the temperature is below 5℃, special formula should be used.

The old floor
1. Does the strength meet the conditions of laying epoxy floor?
2, the original coating needs to be tested to see whether it is compatible with the floor to be done?
3. For the floor to be repaired, its adhesion force and strength should be fully considered before construction.
4, for the floor of the grid joint and expansion joint to be considered from three aspects: a, retain the original b, direct laying is not reserved

Precautions for maintenance
Completion of the construction, 24~48 hours within the personnel can not enter, seven days after the weight.
Materials stacking construction office to avoid wind and rain, no fireworks.
During the curing period, there should be no infiltration of water and various solutions.
Areas hit by heavy objects or scraped by sharp objects shall be protected by rubber sheets.
The moving van needs rubber tires.
Clean the floor daily with a soft broom or wipe it clean with a rag.
When the floor spills into acid, alkali, salt and oil, it should be cleaned with water and wiped clean.
The damaged ground should be repaired locally in time.
