2.1 Base requirements:

2.1.1. The construction base surface shall be subjected to waterproof and moisture-proof treatment, environmental temperature and surface temperature

≥10℃ moisture content is less than 8%, relative humidity is less than 85%, ventilation state as far as possible to keep good.

2.1.2. If the base is large volume concrete construction, reinforcement grid should be set: the requirement is not less than Φ8@200 ×200, which can effectively alleviate the cracking of large volume concrete.

2.1.3. Base for a large area of concrete construction should be 100 square meters of line joint is appropriate.

2.1.4. Base strength requirements, if the base is concrete: concrete strength is not less than C25, and the surface should be rubbed wool treatment; If the base is cement mortar, the strength of cement mortar should not be less than M15. The thickness should not be less than 50mm, and the surface should be rubbed with wool.

2.3 Construction process:

2.4 Construction technology:

The first step is to clean the old epoxy floor and treat the base layer

1. Remove the old floor and remove it completely with a special grinding machine.

2. Preliminary grinding of the whole area with a special grinding machine;

3. Ground protrusions and uneven points shall be ground with sand plate machine;

4. Preliminary cleaning of the ground;

5. Protective measures should be taken in advance for the part connecting the drainage outlet and fixed facilities with the construction area;

6. Ground cracks and damage are repaired with resin materials;

7. Before the construction of epoxy floor, the ground moisture content should be below 8% and keep dry;

8. After the plain treatment is completed, the entry and exit personnel shall be strictly controlled. Non-working personnel are strictly prohibited to enter the controlled area.

Note: Use grinding machine to handle:

a. The construction route and related power connection facilities should be planned before using the grinding machine;

b. The operator shall operate in strict accordance with the instructions and safety precautions of the grinding machine;

c. The grinding effect shall be based on the principle of plain ground to meet the construction requirements;

 

The second step of epoxy bottom coating construction (once) :

1. Before construction, it is necessary to calculate the amount of material used, and select the material mixing area and material configuration according to the construction direction and area;

2. Use epoxy primer, mix in proportion, stir well;

3. Send the mixed material to the construction area;

4. When coating the bottom coating, use a trowel to evenly spread the coating without leakage;

5. The door, corner, wall foot, machine foot should be coated with brush;

6. The stirred material should be used within the prescribed service time;

7. Sand or impurities found in the construction should be removed immediately;

8. Personnel entry and exit shall be controlled during the construction period and maintenance period, which shall be 8 hours.

9. Total thickness: 0.15mm

The third step of epoxy mortar layer (middle coating) construction (once) :

1. Calculate the amount of material before construction, according to the construction direction and area, with the construction path to select the mixing area;

2. Mix with epoxy coating in proportion, add appropriate amount of quartz sand and stir evenly;

3. After mixing the materials, add the quartz sand slowly according to the correct proportion, and stir evenly;

4. The mixed material should be sent to the construction area as soon as possible, in accordance with the construction procedure;

5. When coating the coating material, use a trowel for local repair;

6. Construction coating should minimize the construction of joint;

7. Construction coating should pay attention to the construction temperature, below 5℃ epoxy resin can not be cured;

8. The mixed material should be coated within the prescribed use time, and pay attention to the cohesion of the group of materials;

9. Impurities found during construction should be removed immediately;

10. Personnel entry and exit shall be controlled during the construction period and maintenance period, which shall be 12-24 hours.

11. After curing, grind trowel marks and other defects and clean them up.

12. Total thickness: 0.25mm

The fourth step is to polish the mortar layer

1. Use a professional grinder to grind the mortar layer to ensure that the mortar layer is smooth and convenient for the construction of the putty layer;

Step 5 Construction of epoxy putty layer (once) :

1. Calculate the amount of material used before construction, according to the construction direction and area, with the construction path to select the mixing area;

3. The mixed material should be sent to the construction area as soon as possible, in accordance with the construction procedure;

5. During construction, the construction joint should be minimized;

6. Attention should be paid to the construction temperature, below 5℃ epoxy resin can not be cured;

7. The mixed material should be coated within the prescribed use time, and pay attention to the cohesion of the group of materials;

8. Impurities found in the construction should be removed immediately;

9. Control the entry and exit of personnel during the construction and maintenance period, and the maintenance period is 8-12 hours;

10. After curing, grind trowel marks and other local defects and clean them up.

11. Total thickness: 0.15mm
