Introduction to Acrylic Courts:
The common characteristics of the acrylic court coating system: It is completely free of compounds such as asbestos, lead, or mercury, adhering to environmental protection principles. It is fully green and environmentally friendly, highly resistant to ultraviolet light, with colors that are deep and durable, not fading or peeling. Maintenance is easy, and repair costs are low, making it sturdy and durable under any climatic conditions. A variety of colors are available, including blue, red, dark green, and light green. It has a long service life, generally over 6 years, and can be extended if the base quality is excellent. The surface effectively cushions impact, reducing injuries and fatigue for athletes. The product is recognized by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and is suitable for international competition venues. The acrylic coating system is applicable to concrete and asphalt base layers, providing high-quality sports surface materials at a reasonable price. It is praised as the most economical surface system for recreational and professional tennis and basketball courts.
Performance Characteristics:
1. Special court paint made from 100% high-grade acrylic materials, non-toxic, asbestos-free, and environmentally friendly surface material;
2. Suitable for various climatic environments, resistant to ultraviolet radiation, with colors that are long-lasting and pure;
3. Long service life, with a lifespan of 8-10 years (specific conditions depend on the quality of the base and construction);
4. Acrylic paint is a self-cleaning product, easy to maintain with just high-pressure water washing;
5. Highly competitive performance-to-price ratio;
6. The hard acrylic surface layer requires a relatively high level of flatness due to its thickness compared to elastic surfaces.
Applicable Places:
This product is suitable for indoor and outdoor tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, badminton courts, and sports stands.

Weather Requirements for Construction:
1. Weather Temperature: Construction is prohibited in weather below 0 degrees, and precautions must be taken to prevent acrylic materials from freezing;
2. Humidity: Construction is not suitable when the relative humidity of the air exceeds 85%;
3. Weather: Construction cannot be carried out on cloudy, rainy, or snowy days;
4. Construction cannot be carried out when the atmospheric humidity for acrylic courts is below 10% or above 35%;
5. Construction cannot be carried out in windy weather to avoid debris blowing into the court before the coating cures;
6. Each layer of coating must be thoroughly dried before proceeding to the next layer.
Acrylic Coating Construction Process
(1) Surface Repair: Mix A water-based reinforced asphalt base with water and rubber particles (50-80 mesh) and stir thoroughly, then apply a coat over the entire area to make the surface more uniform and dense, enhancing the bond between the surface and the coating, and increasing the strength of the court.
(2) Elastic Layer: Mix coarse elastic layer paint with water and stir thoroughly, then use a rubber squeegee to apply two coats over the entire area to increase the court's elasticity. After 14 hours of drying, mix AONAC fine elastic paint with water and stir thoroughly, then apply two more coats with a rubber squeegee to further increase the court's elasticity and smooth the rough surface of the coarse rubber layer, making the surface fine and uniform.
(3) Reinforcement Layer: Mix water-based plastic base with water and quartz sand (60-80 mesh), stir thoroughly, and apply a coat with a rubber squeegee to increase the court's strength.
(4) Texture Layer: Mix acrylic colored surface paint with water and quartz sand (100-120 mesh), stir evenly, and apply a coat over the entire area to improve ball speed and wear resistance.
(5) Finish Layer: After curing for 4 hours, apply a coat of acrylic colored surface paint mixed with water without sand over the entire area to make the colors bright and pleasing, with weather resistance and UV resistance, making it more beautiful and durable.
(6) Line Marking: Use acrylic white line paint to mark the court boundaries, using masking tape to tightly adhere to the ground to prevent fraying, and directly brush the acrylic white line paint.
Maintenance and Upkeep:
1. The court should be regularly cleaned, and heavily soiled areas can be scrubbed with laundry detergent.
2. The court should be rinsed with water before and after matches to maintain its color and cleanliness; in hot summer weather, cool water should be sprayed to lower the surface temperature.
3. If the court experiences cracking or delamination, it should be repaired promptly according to specifications to prevent spreading. Water should be regularly sprinkled around the court to prevent dust from flying and affecting cleanliness.
4. Drains should be regularly cleaned to ensure smooth drainage on the court.
5. Anyone entering the court must wear sports shoes (with studs not exceeding 7 millimeters).
6. Avoid prolonged heavy pressure and prevent severe mechanical impacts and friction.
7. It is prohibited for various motor vehicles to operate on it, and carrying explosive, flammable, or corrosive harmful substances into the site is forbidden.
