Product use instructions
This product can only be constructed by a professional construction team according to the "Instructions for Use of Gaozhi Brand Epoxy Resin Floor Coatings.
This product should be sealed in a cool and dry place, and need to be waterproof, leak-proof, sun-proof, anti-high temperature, away from the source of fire.
The surface to be coated must be polished, dusted, degreasing, and dried, and the floor coating can achieve the maximum bonding strength.
Ground moisture content ≤ 8%, relative humidity ≤ 85% (except for water-based materials); construction temperature ≥ 5 ℃.
Before use, stir the B component evenly, and then mix the and B components according to the ratio and fully stir. It is best to use a high-power slow-speed mixer to avoid affecting the curing effect and the performance of the coating film.
Water-based materials in A, B component after mixing, fully stirred for about 5 minutes, to ensure that the system is fully emulsified. The construction viscosity can be diluted with water, and the amount of water is controlled at 5%.
Solvent-free materials should not be too many ingredients per time, and it is advisable to control them below 5kg/person.
After the solvent-based materials are mixed evenly, they should be constructed as soon as possible, otherwise they will solidify and waste materials.
The storage period of this product is half a year, please be sure to use it within half a year, so as not to affect the use effect; if it has been opened, use it up as soon as possible.
During and after construction, good ventilation should be maintained, otherwise the drying time of the coating will be prolonged and the final curing effect of the coating will be affected.
New floor
1. The cement mortar leveling layer (light receiving layer) should be constructed according to the ratio of cement: river sand: water 1:3:0.5, and its thickness is more than 50mm.
2, the floor needs to be maintained for more than 28 days, fully dry, the concrete is completely solidified, in order to achieve the required strength of the foundation.
3. The water content of the plain foundation surface is below 8%, otherwise the non-water-based epoxy floor cannot be constructed.
4. The humidity in the air should be below 85% (except for water-based materials), otherwise the construction should be stopped; special formula should be selected when the temperature is lower than 5 ℃.
Old Floor
1, whether the strength to meet the laying of epoxy floor conditions?
2, the original coating needs to be tested to see if it is compatible with the floor to be done?
3, for the need to repair the floor, before construction to fully consider its adhesion and strength is suitable?
4. The dividing joints and expansion joints of the floor should be considered from three aspects: a, keep the original B, direct laying will not be retained
Cautions for maintenance
After the construction is completed, personnel shall not enter within 24~48 hours, and heavy pressure can be carried out after seven days.
Materials shall be stacked at the construction site to avoid wind and rain, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
During the curing period, there should be no water and all kinds of solution infiltration.
Rubber plates shall be installed to protect the areas hit by heavy objects or scratched by sharp objects.
Truck to use rubber tires.
Daily with a soft broom to clean the floor or wipe clean with a rag.
Floor splash to acid, alkali, salt and oil, the application of water cleaning, and wipe clean.
Floor damage should be timely local repair.
