Ground floors or basements without a waterproof layer that have requirements for odors during construction, especially suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Functional features:
Environmentally friendly, using water as a solvent, with no irritating odor; the paint film is breathable; seamless dustproof; excellent anti-mold and antibacterial properties.

Note: All tests (except drying time) are conducted after 7 days of curing (25°C).

Coating thickness: generally 1mm to 3mm, exceeding 3mm requires sanding.

Construction precautions:
1】 Please ensure good ventilation at the construction site.
2】 No smoking or open flames during construction.
3】 Contaminated areas during construction must be cleaned, and all site waste must be removed after construction.
4】 Dust on the ground must be thoroughly removed to ensure the adhesion effect of the primer.
5】 The ground must be cement polished, with a strength of 3000 PSI (or 210 kg/cm2, C-25) or above, and the surface must be hard, flat, without delamination or dusting, and water treatment must be done.
6】 If the ground is damp, it must be dried, with a moisture content below 8%, or use a special primer.
7】 If the epoxy resin coating layers exceed the effective adhesive time, roughen and clean the surface of the material, apply a layer of primer (depending on the interval time), and then proceed with the next layer of coating.
8】 The primer contains solvents and must be completely evaporated before construction to avoid bubbling.
9】 For damp areas, first dry with a gas torch (lighter) or sunlight before applying the primer or use a special primer first.
10】 When materials are stored outdoors, they should be neatly stacked on pallets and covered with PVC tape to prevent water ingress.
11】 Materials mixed after stirring should be applied within the usable time to avoid the surface approaching hardening and becoming unflowable.
