Performance Characteristics:
Highly anti-slip, while also reducing brake noise. Due to the stress concentration of its spherical particles, filling them into the material can overcome the appearance of destructive cracks. At the same time, the spherical surface is more conducive to evenly transmitting external forces to the surrounding matrix, thereby improving various mechanical properties of the floor and greatly enhancing its wear resistance.
Coating Properties:
● Surface particles are uniformly fine, with small fluctuations, high resistance, and good anti-slip performance;
● Reasonable structure, smooth and comfortable without vibration, low noise, aesthetically pleasing and anti-slip;
● Compression-resistant, wear-resistant, impact-resistant, and long service life;
● Firm bonding with the substrate, seamless surface, not easy to peel or crack;
● Good drainage performance, no accumulation of dirt, reduces or even eliminates splashing water and water film, increasing driving safety on rainy days.
Applicable Places:
Suitable for floors in special places such as supermarkets, lobbies, warehouses, car showrooms, auto repair shops, and parking lots. Areas with high mechanical performance requirements, such as factories in machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, instruments, pharmaceuticals, textiles, clothing, food, and tobacco industries.
Construction Process:
Epoxy resin primer → Epoxy resin mortar layer → Epoxy resin putty layer →Anti-slip microbead epoxy resin topcoat→ Wear-resistant gloss varnish (optional)
Substrate Treatment: Grind the substrate, clean and dry;
Primer: Roll or scrape epoxy primer evenly without omissions;
Mortar Layer: Scrape epoxy intermediate coat according to the actual situation of the site floor;
Intermediate Layer: First, scrape a colored layer evenly without exposing the base, and wait for it to dry. (Note: This intermediate layer does not require adding microbead materials)
Microbead Anti-slip Layer: Then use colored (microbead) material, mix well, and scrape a thin layer while using a wool roller to achieve a uniform microbead effect;
Gloss Layer: Apply a layer of wear-resistant and scratch-resistant gloss varnish on the microbead anti-slip surface, it is recommended to use a glossy finish.
