1. Substrate treatment
Use a dust-free grinding machine to grind the entire surface, remove the ground layer, clean up floating dust, and for the already cracked parts of the flooring, use epoxy resin mixed with quartz sand for patching. Then, use grinding machinery to treat the cement substrate to ensure the surface is flat, without peeling or powdering. After the grinding process, test the moisture content based on the surface condition. A moisture meter can be used, or based on the experience of professionals, lay a complete 2m*2m film on the ground, placing dry paper underneath and sealing the edges. After 72 hours, remove the dry paper; if it can be ignited, construction can proceed; if it cannot be ignited or is intermittent, construction cannot proceed.

2. Construction method
①Epoxy resin sealing primerand oil-resistant primer construction
Thoroughly mix the main agent of the epoxy resin sealing primer, then strictly add the curing agent to the main agent according to the specified ratio, and mix thoroughly with a professional handheld mixer. Roll or scrape it onto the cleaned surface. After sufficient penetration, if any local areas appear white, missed, or dull, a second rolling may be done as needed to ensure the sealing effect of the primer.
Note: The epoxy resin sealing primer must be cured for no less than 8 hours after application.
②Epoxy resin mortar intermediate coatingconstruction
a. Epoxy resin intermediate coating construction (adding quartz sand)
Mix the main agent of the epoxy resin intermediate coating evenly, then slowly add the curing agent to the main agent according to the specified ratio, and mix thoroughly with a professional handheld mixer, adding an appropriate amount of quartz sand and mixing evenly. Then, use a scraper to apply a layer over the surface, filling in local damaged areas to ensure a flat surface.
b. Epoxy resin intermediate coating construction (adding quartz powder)
After the surface has hardened and dried, sand it thoroughly, then use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the surface, and proceed with the quartz powder intermediate coating. Mix the main agent of the epoxy resin intermediate coating evenly, then slowly add the curing agent to the main agent according to the specified ratio, and mix thoroughly with a professional handheld mixer, adding an appropriate amount of quartz powder and mixing evenly. Then, use a scraper to apply a layer over the surface, filling in local damaged areas to ensure a flat surface.
For cracked areas on the surface, multiple repairs are necessary to ensure overall consistency and the tensile strength of the epoxy flooring, ensuring no obvious cracks appear after construction.
Note: The intermediate mortar with added quartz sand must be completed in one overall construction. During the construction process, use the scraper's teeth to remove large bubbles and impurities. For areas with poor flatness after construction, multiple small repairs are needed to ensure overall flatness.

③ Grinding
After the epoxy resin mortar intermediate coating is completely dry, use a polishing machine, sandpaper, etc., to grind away the knife marks, uneven areas, and particles created during the application, and use a vacuum cleaner to clean up the dust.
④ Epoxy resin flooring topcoat construction (scraping)
After grinding is complete, proceed with the application of the epoxy resin flooring topcoat. According to the mixing requirements of the epoxy resin flooring topcoat, first mix the main agent evenly, then pour the curing agent into the center of the bucket containing the main agent to avoid uneven mixing. Mix thoroughly, let it react and mature for 15 minutes, then use a dedicated flooring scraper for overall scraping.

⑤ Solvent-freePolyurethane ultra-wear-resistant flooring topcoat construction(Rolling and scraping)
After the epoxy resin flooring paint has dried, mix according to the requirements of the solvent-free polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant topcoat to avoid uneven mixing. Mix thoroughly, let it react and mature for 15 minutes, then use a dedicated flooring scraper for overall application. At the same time, workers wearing spiked shoes should use a professional roller for cross-application; the more uniform and thinner the application, the better. If the paint in the mixing bucket shows signs of hardening, it must be stopped and the mixing bucket replaced immediately.
