2.1 Base requirements:

2.1.1.The construction base must undergo waterproof and moisture-proof treatment, with environmental temperature and surface temperature

2.3 Construction process:

2.4 Construction technology:

Step one Cleaning the old epoxy floor, base treatment

1. Remove the old floor, using a specialized grinding machine to completely eliminate it.

2. Use a specialized grinding machine for a comprehensive initial grinding of the entire area;

3. Use a sanding machine to grind down protrusions and uneven areas on the floor;

4. Perform initial cleaning of the floor;

5. Drainage outlets and fixed facilities at the junction with the construction area must be pre-protected;

6. Floor cracks and damaged areas should be leveled with resin material first;

7. The moisture content of the floor must be below 8% before constructing the epoxy floor, and it should remain dry;

8. After the base treatment is completed, strict control of personnel entering and exiting is required, and non-workers are prohibited from entering the controlled area.

Note: Use a grinding machine for treatment.:

a. Before using the grinding machine, plan the construction route and related power connection facilities;

b. Operators must strictly follow the operating instructions and safety precautions of the grinding machine;

c. The grinding effect should meet the requirements of the construction base.

Step two Construction of the epoxy primer layer(one coat):

1. Before construction, calculate the amount of materials needed, select the material mixing area and material configuration according to the construction direction and area;

2. Mix the epoxy primer in proportion, and stir thoroughly;

3. Deliver the mixed materials to the construction area;

4. When applying the primer, use a trowel to apply evenly without missing spots;

5. Use a brush to apply around doors, corners, wall bases, and machine feet;

6. The mixed materials should be used within the specified usable time;

7. Remove any sand or impurities found during construction immediately;

8. Control personnel entering and exiting during construction and curing time, with a curing time of 8 hours.

Total thickness: 0.15mm

Step three Construction of the epoxy mortar layer (intermediate layer) (one coat):

1. Before construction, calculate the amount of materials needed, select the mixing area according to the construction direction and area, and coordinate with the construction path;

2. Mix the epoxy intermediate coating in proportion, then add an appropriate amount of quartz sand and stir evenly;

3. After mixing the materials, slowly add quartz sand in the correct proportion and stir evenly;

4. The well-mixed materials should be delivered to the construction area as soon as possible, following the construction procedure;

5. When applying the intermediate coating material, use a trowel for local repairs;

6. During construction, minimize construction joints;

7. Pay attention to the construction temperature during application; epoxy resin cannot cure below 5℃.

8. The mixed materials should be applied within the specified usage time, and attention should be paid to the connection between the front and back groups of materials.

9. Impurities found during construction should be removed immediately.

10. During the construction and curing period, personnel access should be controlled, with a curing time of 12 to 24 hours.

11. After curing, sand down defects such as trowel marks and clean them up.

12. Total thickness: 0.25mm

Fourth step Sanding treatment of the mortar layer

1. Use a professional grinder to sand the mortar layer to ensure the flatness of the mortar layer for the application of the putty layer.

Fifth step Construction of epoxy putty layer (first coat):

1. Calculate the amount of materials to be used before construction, select the mixing area according to the construction direction and area.

2. Mix the epoxy resin in proportion and add an appropriate amount of filler, stirring evenly.

3. The uniformly mixed materials should be delivered to the construction area as soon as possible, following the construction procedure.

4. When applying the putty, use a trowel to scrape 1-2 times, focusing on filling pits, voids, pinholes, etc.

5. During construction, efforts should be made to minimize construction joints.

6. Attention should be paid to the construction temperature; epoxy resin cannot cure below 5°C.

7. The mixed materials should be applied within the specified usage time, and attention should be paid to the connection between the front and back groups of materials.

8. Impurities found during construction should be removed immediately.

9. During the construction and curing period, personnel access should be controlled, with a curing time of 8 to 12 hours.

10. After curing, sand down local defects such as trowel marks and clean them up.

11. Total thickness: 0.15mm

Fifth step Epoxy mortar thin topcoatConstruction (first coat):

1. Useepoxy resin topcoat, mix the topcoat according to the ratio specified on the material label, and stir thoroughly.Construction can begin after 3-5 minutes.

2. When rolling the topcoat material, ensure the coating is even and without missed spots.

3. During construction, avoid construction joints.

4. Attention should be paid to the construction temperature; epoxy resin cannot cure below 5°C.5. Impurities found during construction should be removed immediately.6. During the construction and curing period, personnel access should be controlled, with a curing time of 48 to 72 hours.
